| "I remember back in the
year 2000, I was 38 years old and I had never touched a computer
until I met the folks at J M Gross Consulting. In December of that
year I got my first PC. It was basic at first. I learned to turn it
on and make a diary of journal entries. From then on they taught me
to E-mail, how to play games and how to access information on the
Internet. Now 3 years later the sky is the limit, and for this I'm
thankful! Thanks again!" - Dana B., Orrville, OH
"I am very happy with all of the help they gave me in setting up
my computer and teaching me how to use it." - Bill H.,

"Want good, caring and responsible service?
Contact J M Gross Consulting. They have been to my home numerous
times to help me with my computer questions/problems. Because of my
disabilities I can't understand stuff like I use to and it gets
frustrating at times. Their understanding and patience with me has
helped me many times. They teach in a way that is easy to understand
and remember and if I forgot something, it wasn't a problem showing
me again. They know how to listen, which a lot of people still don't
know how to do. I fully support J M Gross Consulting. I hope you
allow yourself to have a great day and J M Gross Consulting can add
to them!!!!!!" - Bud S., Lodi, OH
"This is my story short and sweet. I have been working on a
weekly basis with these guys since April of this year (2003).
They are very professional and courteous, except for John (just
kidding). They have provided me with valuable computer skills to
develop a PowerPoint presentation of Vietnam and now Mike is in the
process of teaching me the skills to develop a web site for my
company from Vietnam. They always show up on time and reply to phone
calls and email communications, except for John who is busy trying
to get a date with Shania Twain (ha ha ha). They were
instrumental in getting the VA Chapter 31 program to provide me with
a lap top computer to do the Vietnam presentations. I would highly
recommend either John or Mike as consultants and instructors to your
computer needs. Now Mike even brings along a dog biscuit for my
puppy who has become very fond of him. John on the other hand
brought a muzzle and always wants me to fix him lunch or wash his
car (kidding again!) ;-)." - Steve P., Rootstown, OH |

"In 1988 I
retired and thought that now I would catch up on my reading and
enjoy some TV. Then in 2002, I acquired a
complete Dell Computer system that put me in a panic until J M Gross
Consulting came to my rescue. I never thought
that I would ever become computer literate but with the professional
expertise, patience and understanding they brought to me I can now
say that I am Computer Literate. Under their
direction I have put their efforts to work by my endeavoring to
write a book on Veterans Histories. I even have
my own web site and I am completely engulfed in my new electronic
life style. Thanks to J M Gross Consulting!" -
Melvin C., Burton, OH
"Thanks so much
for all the guidance and help you have given me in the past couple
of years. All the training you have given me has truly helped me
enjoy my computer experience, I can now work with my office
documents and actually know what I am doing, and thanks so much for
getting rid of the virus my computer picked up and repairing it for
me. I wish you well in all that you do. Thanks" - Keith J.,
Leavittsburg, OH
"HI, I just
want to say this; Before I met John and Mike Gross, If someone asked
me to turn on a computer I would not know where to start. But with
the help of John and Mike (My computer consultants) I think I am
doing pretty darn good at this thing. I really cant think of a way
to express myself, but those two guys are the greatest guys that
anyone would want to meet. I will forever be grateful to them.
Thanks guys. I shall never forget what you have done for me. Thanks
a lot Mike and John. Good Luck and GOD BLESS." - Robert W.,
Independence, OH
"Thanks for the computer classes.
The classes were fast and you were reliable and knowledgeable and
were courteous while in my home. I have no regrets about the classes
and feel it was the best way to get going on the computer and also
feel it was money well spent." - Wayne P., Warsaw, OH
"I am 83 years young, and have seen
a lot in my day. This modern age is sometimes hard to keep up with
and I never thought I would be able to work a computer. Now I can do
research and find new subjects to read all the time. I like to play
word games on the computer and that helps to keep the mind a bit
sharper. I also play card games with other people on-line. This (the
VA's Chapter 31 Program) has been a great program for me. Using
the computer gets me out from in front of the TV more. I look
forward to being on my computer everyday. I spend a lot of time on
my computer, thanks to John & Mike. If someone would have asked me a
year ago to turn the computer on I would have had no idea how to do
it. I appreciate all the time they spent with me to get me going. It
opened a whole new world out there for me. Thanks Again." -
