Our Company Profile

Located in the "Heart of Amish Country", Holmes County, Ohio, J M Gross Consulting is a family based business with a focus on the individual home user. We have been helping to make technology easier to understand since 1996.

J M Gross Consulting covers all aspects of your computing needs, from technical troubleshooting and repair, to in-home instruction on basic computer operation, and encompassing most major software applications.

Whether you have need of an hour of basic instruction, or weeks of in-depth training, we tailor the training sessions to meet your specific needs.

Our staff has extensive experience in one-on-one instruction, in addition to formal training in Computer Programming and Networking. Our company also works as a subcontractor for the Veteran's Administration [VA - Chapter 31 Program] and for The State of Ohio (Rehabilitation Services Commission [RSC], Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation [BVR] and the Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired [BSVI]).

As subcontractors for the VA and the State of Ohio, we have done in-home training, computer upgrades and repairs, troubleshooting, general computer consulting, purchasing recommendations and assessments for adaptive (special needs) and ergonomic equipment.

We are not a snobby "high end" company, but a family business focused on bringing professionalism and affordability to the computing community. This allows the average computer user access to computer training and services that were previously unavailable. IN YOUR OWN HOME!
